The Hub program began as a grass roots citizen effort in West Seattle, and very shortly after that in Queen Anne and Magnolia. Since then it has grown to all of
the neighborhoods listed, and several others are just beginning to organize.
If you are interested in developing one or more Hubs in your community, contact any of the existing neighborhoods and ask for information on doing so. You can also
contact Debbie Goetz at the Seattle Office of Emergency Management (Debbie.Goetz@Seattle.gov) who can put you in touch with one of the existing Hub groups
near you.
